In the dashboard under “Ready-made apps” you pick the app and buy it. You need a slot subscription and a payment method for that; the dashboard shows you beforehand what’s still missing.
Project runs
VORREN sets up the app right away as its own project, with a preview address and its own database. The purchase applies to exactly this project. It goes live on your domain.
Adapt
The code belongs to your project and runs on VORREN. Your agent changes the interface and backend the way you need. Running it elsewhere is something we agree on with you.

Guest list
Manage guests in groups like press or partners, import and export via CSV.
Landing page per event
Cover image, text, schedule and directions on a page of its own, public if you like, without open registration.
Personal invitation
Every guest gets their own link, uses it to set a password and later sees all their invitations.
RSVPs with plus-ones
Guests accept or decline by the deadline, bring a plus-one and send you a message. A seat limit prevents overbooking.
Check-in with QR code
After accepting, the guest shows their QR code. You scan it with your phone and let the guest and plus-one in.
Everything at a glance
For each event you see who is invited, who has accepted, how many seats are taken and who has already arrived.
